Our signature prenatal and postpartum strength class is designed to restore your core, elevate your strength, and honor the evolving power of mamahood. Blending mindful movement with evidence based strength training, each session is thoughtfully curated to support the body’s natural rhythms through pregnancy and recovery.
Expect low impact, high integrity experiences that reengage deep core musculature improve posture, and build total body resilience. This class is taught by Melissa Acros, founder of Strong Mom Club. Babies welcome postpartum.
