Serving Long Beach and Beyond

We offer doula care across Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Whether you're planning a home birth in East Long Beach or a hospital birth in Santa Monica or Irvine, our team is here to walk with you every step of the way.

We typically meet 1–2 times before birth so you and your doula have time to actually get to know each other before the big day.

Together, you'll talk through your birth preferences, prepare for different labor scenarios, practice positions and comfort measures, prepare your partner, and make a plan for how your doula can best support you.

These prenatal visits are an important part of our birth doula support and help you walk into labor feeling informed, prepared, and already comfortable with the person who will be beside you.

When your birthing day arrives, your doula will be there with you—holding space, offering comfort techniques, supporting your partner, and helping you navigate each moment with a steady, familiar presence.

Beginning at 38 weeks, your doula is on call for your birth. During labor, support may include massage, positioning, rebozo, acupressure, breathing techniques, movement, education, emotional reassurance, and simply knowing when you need someone to say, You've got this.

Our doulas have experience supporting hospital births, birth center births, and home births, as well as families using approaches including Hypnobabies, Hypnobirthing, and the Bradley Method.

Every birth is different. Your support should be, too.

Our care doesn't disappear once your baby is here.

Your birth doula will continue to check in and will join you for a postpartum visit at home: a chance to talk about feeding, baby, recovery, questions that have come up, and your birth itself.
