private 1:1 prenatal yoga sessions
For beginners to advance students in yoga, let Elizabeth guide you through custom classes in the comfort of your own home. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy and can include your partner if you’d like.
She brings all the props to you to make it the most lux experience possible so you can stretch, strengthen, and bond with your baby. Mama - make the time for you!
$150 per session.
Available in 1, 5, or 10 sessions
Discounts available for multi-pack sessions or for any Looma Birth mamas.

We have recurring Prenatal Yoga Class partnered with Ra Yoga Long Beach.
Class meets Wednesdays at 12:15 pm.
We currently are offering a Combo Class (Prenatal and Baby+Me) on zoom.
This series runs for 4 Mondays per month.

What if I’ve never done yoga?
No problem - this class is designed to meet everyone where they are at and build. Elizabeth will break down the sequences slowly and mindfully, making the yoga class accessible to everyone, in every trimester.
What if I know i’m going miss a class?
It happens! Email me and we can try to make special arrangements for a make up - whether it’s a recording, joining that week in another series, or getting a de-brief personally from Elizabeth.
