What is Hypnobirthing?
Hypnobirthing combines breathwork, relaxation techniques, guided visualizations, affirmations, and evidence-based education to help you reframe birth as a powerful, intuitive, and positive experience. You’ll learn how to trust your body, quiet your mind, and advocate for a birth that aligns with your values.
These classes are inclusive, supportive, and open to all birth preferences and outcomes — whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, or cesarean.

What to Expect:

Meet weekly online for interactive classes from the comfort of your home. Emma will guide you through HypnoBirthing® techniques, breathing practices, and mindset tools to reduce fear and embrace a more peaceful birth.
🗸 1 Final In-Person Class at Looma Birth
Wrap up your experience with a grounding session at our Long Beach studio to connect, practice together, and prepare as a community.

Meet Emma
Emma is a seasoned Postpartum Doula, who is a strong advocate of positive thinking for fundamental growth in one’s environment. As a methodical educationalist, she offers motivating and meaningful enrichment to parents and community members. Over the years Emma has served as Board Member and Volunteer in various educational institutions, where she has collaborated with community and educational leaders, continuing to expand her knowledge of the growing family unit and the community that supports that growth.
Along with summers abroad in Asia, Emma attests her extensive knowledge of child development and the parent child relationship to her collegiate studies of Psychology and 10 years experience as a Postpartum Doula with DONA International. This multicultural personal history presents excellence in creating accord among divergent groups and enabling a reimagining of prenatal and postnatal wellness for the entire family.
