Baby + Me Yoga
Class Details
Join us for this gentle yoga class to help you restore your strength, practice breathe work, and connect with other mamas and babies. This class is open to everyone from 6 weeks postpartum (cleared by healthcare professional) to crawling babies.
Please bring your own mat, a blanket for baby and anything else you might need for them.
Feedings, diaper changes, and fussing are all welcome and part of the experience. .
Teachers
Elizabeth currently teaches our Monday class at 10:30 am at Looma Studio. She’s a mama of 3 and a prenatal/postpartum yoga teacher with over ten years experience.
Kim currently teaches our Wednesday at 10 am class at Looma Studio. She’s a mama to a sweet little boy and has been teaching yoga all over the world!
FAQs
What if I’ve never done yoga?
No problem - this class is designed to meet everyone where they are at and build. We will break down the sequences slowly and mindfully, making the yoga class accessible to everyone, in every trimester.
What if I know i’m late?
It happens! We are happy for you to show up up to 15 minutes later than class start time. If you’re later than that, you forfit your class spot. There will be no make-up available.
What if I know i’m GOING TO MISS?
We don’t offer refunds, but we can reschedule you! Once you book, you can change your class time up to 24 hours before the start of class.
