Many families choose to prepare with our Empowered Hospital Birth classes before labor. These classes help mamas understand hospital policies, comfort techniques, and how to advocate for their birth preferences.

We currently offer these classes privately in your own home as 1:1 or you can sign up for our Empowered Hospital Birth Online class.
