New Mama Circle is a 6-week, in-person postpartum support circle for mamas in the early months after birth.

This is not a class or curriculum. It’s a weekly space to land, connect, and feel supported alongside other new mamas without pressure to perform, learn, or have it all figured out.

Each 90-minute gathering offers gentle conversation, shared reflection, and community connection. Babies are always welcome.

Includes guest support from:

• A pelvic floor physical therapist

• A maternal mental health therapist

Investment: $295 for the full 6-week series
