This gentle, nurturing class is designed for pregnant people and new parents seeking a space to rest, restore, and reconnect with their bodies. Whether you're navigating the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy or adjusting to life postpartum, this class offers deep relaxation and supportive movement in a safe, inclusive environment.
Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, Brittany will guide you through soothing, fully supported poses that release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote overall well-being. Breathwork, mindfulness, and guided meditation are woven into each class to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and encourage emotional balance.
This class is accessible to all levels and tailored to meet you where you are in your journey. Come as you are and take the time to rest and recharge.
Runs from 4pm-5:30pm on Sundays 9/28-11/2. It will be $150 for the 6 week series.
Mamas must commit to all 6 weeks. No make ups available. 8 students max.
