This is a mini- series designed to help mamas postpartum (re)discover their pelvic floor, core, and strength! Each week, we will build on the previous week, to build strength and stability for mama. This is a yoga based class where babies are welcome, but the practice is centered on mama. There will be time at the start of each class to build community and get to know each mama before we connect to our breathe work and then move through our yoga-based movements. Great for mamas in all stages of postpartum.
Must be cleared by your healthcare provider for exercise post birth in order to participate.
