Birth Education & Labor Classes in Long Beach
Our classes are designed to help you feel confident, not overwhelmed. Whether you’re taking our Birth Education Bundle, preparing for labor with a partner, or joining a workshop on the fourth trimester, you’ll leave with evidence-based tools and grounded wisdom.
We create a space where every question is welcome, even the wild or weird ones, and where your voice matters.

Looma’s doula referral service are real human-to-human connection. We take the time to get to know you, then match you with a doula who fits your energy, your needs, and your vision for birth or postpartum. Our team includes highly trained, compassionate doulas who are here to walk beside you with reverence and care.
Our birth doulas specialize in hosptial births and frequent: Hoag Hospital Newport Beach, Hoag Hospital Irvine, St Joseph Hospital Orange, Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, and more.
Our postpartum doulas offer both day and overnight support.
Prenatal Yoga & Movement Classes
Our prenatal and postpartum movement offerings are gentle, intuitive, and deeply nourishing. Whether you’re new to the mat or an experienced yogi, these classes help you connect with your body, your baby, and your breath. Each session is also a space to meet other parents, exhale, and come back to yourself.
